Polyamide 6.6 polymers are originated from nylon salt polymerization and produced for different textile and industrial applications. Nylon salt is the basic raw material for the production of nylon 6.6 polymer and its compounds. Nylon salt is produced from adipic acid and hexamethylenediamine.
