Thanks to its third largest polyamide producer worldwide status and its eighty years experience, the Rhodia polyamide's performance fibers business has installed for long solid positions in yarns and fibers for carpets, as well as in fibers and microfibers for textiles, furniture, automotive applications and abrasives. In the last years, Rhodia Polyamide's performance fibers has marketed a wide range of polyamide 6.6 tow, combining different counts (from 0.9 dtex to 22 dtex), lusters (dull to sparkling), and cross-sections, and shows now a position of worldwide leader in flock tow for automotive application.
